My stay at the Faena Hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, especially thanks to Jose Sanchez, the amazing lead doorman. The hotel itself has a unique and stunning design that sets it apart from any other place I've visited. Dining at the various restaurants was such a delight, particularly the exquisite meals at Pao. The only minor hiccup was the lengthy process of arranging car service with the concierge, but overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return!
